1. Before arrival, please complete the preliminary guest registration for all arriving guests based on the manual sent by e-mail. If you need personal assitanc with check-in/check-out, please let us know. Upon arrival, please hand over your personal documents (passport or ID) for registration. Documents will be recorded in the Vendegem accommodation management software. Total number of guests may not exceed the number of guests given in the reservation. In case of more people, the concierge will notify the owner. 2. The accommodation is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Other options can be arranged flexibly based on prior request.
3. Access to the apartment and parking lot is ensured by the host by the handover of the key and the remote control, or giving the key box code and the gate code. In case of loss of the key or remote control, the guests are obliged to report it immediately to the owner and to pay the price of the replacement of the lock/key/remote control, or the amount may be deducted from the deposit.
4. When you do check-out, you must hand over the key to the host or put it in the key box. If you require personal assistance, please inform the host in advance!
5. Visitors can be in the apartment during the day between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
6. Community rules for noisy activities: Noisy activities, loud music/TV from the early afternoon on weekends and after 8 pm on weekdays are prohibited.
7. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
8. The owner has the right to cancel the reservation, if the guest does not comply with the house rules, if they disturbs the peace.
9. The guests are financially responsible for the damage caused by the guests due to improper use. The damage must be reimbursed directly to the host, or the amount can be deducted from the deposit.
10. If any problems arise during your stay, please notify the host immediately. We cannot accept complaints days after you realized it.
11. The host do not take responsibility for valuables left at the accommodation.
12. The accommodation fee includes utility fees and all other costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and for stays longer than one week weekly bed linen/towel change.
13. You will find a small first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard. In case of serious problem, call the emergency number 112!
14. In case of a fire, you will find a powder extinguisher in the kitchen, start extinguishing it immediately and call the emergency on number 112, notify the reception and then the host!
15. Use of BBQ is only allowed on the stony side terrace section.
The conditions for refunding the deposit are full compliance with the following policy points:
16. When leaving the apartment, please close the windows, close the parasol and turn off the air conditioning/heating!
17. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! Smoking is allowed on the terrace! Please empty the ashtray before leaving. In case of smoking in the apartment deposit will not be refunded.
18. Garbage can be collected in the trash can located in the kitchen and placed in the container in the parking lot! Before leaving, please take the trash from the apartment to the bin.
19. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. Please take care of cleanliness! Do not put metal into the microwave oven. Before leaving, please clean all the kitchen utensils/tools and put back into the cupboards, or at least wash the dishes or start the dishwasher.
